93344: Trainee Site Manager (Apprenticeship)

Vacancy details:
- Applicants will have ideally achieved A-level grades/BTEC Extended Diploma within two years of the September 2025 start date (Including current Year 13 students - Minimum of B, B, C grades required or BTEC/T-level equivalent).
- The Management Trainee Programme creates exceptional professionals in the housebuilding industry and enables you to be paid a competitive salary whilst working towards a BSc (Hons) degree.
- You will gain the chance to work on and influence industry-leading projects, with a fantastic support network.
- The Site Manager’s role is to deliver and manage an allocated project on time, to budget and safely.
- Ensure all trades follow and build the design specification.
- Control the build process on site and ensure all materials are ordered, planned and delivered when needed.
